Terms & Conditions

Welcome to India Tour N Travels. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Availability

• India Tour N Travels acts on behalf of the pilgrim in making arrangements for airline, hotel and/or any other service. The services will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
• All Hajj and Umrah packages are offered subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by us.
• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline surcharges, and other unforeseen costs.
• The services will be provided upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payments

• The prices for any advertised package are non negotiable. In the event the pilgrim opting to change any of the advertised services, India Tour N Travels will amend the prices accordingly and the revised price will now be applicable as payment.
• A pilgrim purchasing shared accommodation but upon arriving in the Haramian opts to take a non sharing option, will incur the full cost of the accommodation. India Tour N Travels are unable to provide any concessions nor apply any form or discount/refund.
• The India Tour N Travels reserves the right to proportionally increase the cost due to currency fluctuations or due to an increase of charges or an increase in airfare and/or any other unforeseen circumstances. The agent’s rights are reserved. All prices are subject to currency fluctuations
• India Tour N Travels reserves the right to cancel any contract.
• Should there be an additional cost incurred due to legislation change by the Hajj ministry, the cost will be addition to the package purchased.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• The balance must be paid by the deadline specified during the booking process
• Failure to make payment on time may result in your booking being cancelled without notice.
• Should the pilgrim opt for any internal services pre or post arrival, the pilgrim will be solely responsible and will incur the full cost.
• India Tour N Travels will not take responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity due to act of God, governmental decisions/changes or any other official body inside and outside Saudi Arabia

3. Flights and transfers

• The transport service is coordinated and operated by the local authorities. India Tour N Travels will not be held accountable for any shortcomings on their part.
• It will be the sole responsibility of the pilgrim to reclaim any lost luggage or items.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@UKHajj.com..
• Group booking cancellation charges are as follows:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
• For customised packages: Normal airline, hotel and transfers rules apply. Which may vary booking to booking.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed flights, or failure to adhere to travel requirements.
• Visas are 100% non refundable.
• There will be an admin charge of £75 per person for any cancellation.
• This contract will be regarded as breach in the event of non-payment of the full package price. The pilgrim will be also be liable for any further / additional costs incurred by the Operator to recover any outstanding amounts.
• Should travel be prevented for matters outside the control of India Tour N Travels UK Hajj will not be held responsible for such occurrences. E.g. natural disasters, pandemics or the like.

5. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that their passport, visa, and any required documentation are valid and up to date.
• We are not liable for delays, refusals, or cancellations due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
• Travellers must comply with health regulations including any vaccination or COVID-19 protocols required by Saudi authorities.
• Information supplied by the pilgrim will be considered to be correct and accurate. India Tour N Travels can’t assume any responsibility for incorrect information supplied or any resulting repercussions on the pilgrim.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• India Tour N Travels acts as an agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• We are not liable for any failures, changes, or acts of negligence by third-party providers.
• In the event of disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives, though we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
• Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
